Due to my exhaustive schedule, I am modifying my postings a bit. Instead of a post a day, I will do a "newsletter" style with a week's worth of postings in one post. (My Facebook friends will be happy that this won't clutter up their status update feeds: ) So, gonna give it a stab. See if it works better this way.
Day 53 (Wednesday) "What form will your Patronus take?"
A golden retriever. As a chld, we had one and she was more than just a pet. She was also my bodyguard. For a dog, she was smart - she figured out that I couldn't hear and took it upon herself to be my protector - keeping me off the streets by parking herself in front of me, nudging me if someone wanted my attention, and sacrificing herself as a floor pillow for naptimes. As a toddler I responded by pulling on her tail, poking her in the eye and flapping her ears. Yet she never backed off her role. Thus, it makes sense for her to become my Patronus and continue her duty.
Day 54 (Thursday) "What pet would you have, and what would you name it?"
An owl - after all, they're dead useful. They deliver mail and all. As for naming, I would name it Artemis. The Hunter. Makes sense, doesn't it? But unfortunately, Muggles cannot train owls to deliver mail and understand human speech - not until the wizarding community ousts itself to the world. When that happens, I'll be first in line to get Artemis.
Day 55 (Friday) Playmobil Customs: Hogwarts Staff
For the Playmobil enthusatists out there, I stumbled upon a thread at www.playmofriends.com by someone who had made custom Klickys to resemble Hogwarts staff. (Students coming up in a future post as well as a custom Hogwarts and Hogsmeade). I so want them all - especially McGonagall. (Snape looks too kind with that smiling face : )
Check it out at http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=10632.0
Day 56 (Saturday) "Your Least Favorite Subject at Hogwarts?"
Divination. Sure, I'd pass by making up stuff on homework assignments but Prof. Trelawney creeps me out. Don't think I could put up with her - even through reading the books, I always disliked her. I'd rather take Potions with Snape - at least we do something productive in his classes.
Day 57 (Sunday) "Which Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes product would you most likely buy?"
Oh boy. What I wouldn't give for even just five minutes inside their store at 93 Diagon Alley - let alone purchase something. That is, if I could pick just one. Actually, I'd try a Skivving Snackbox - they may come in handy.
That's it until next Sunday!

Day 52: Preferred Magical Transportation
There's Floo, Portkey, Apparation (including Side-Along Apparation), House-Elf Transport, and the quintessstial broomstick. So, which one?
Let's start with least preferred - Apparation. Not my favorite way to travel. The idea of splinching oneself may turn off potential Apparaters.
Floo - may be an issue for someone with less-than-perfect speech. A simple utterance of "Diagon Alley" might send someone to Knockturn Alley by accident - and that may not be the worst destination out there.
Portkey - ideal for large groups (i.e. traveling to the Quidditch World Cup) yet shares qualities with Apparation. Umm...
House-Elf Transport. Most of the time, I would trust a house-elf than a fellow wizard to zoom me away (as Dobby did with rescuing the prisoners from Malfoy Manor). They serve to please - and the same cannot be said for some fellow wizards.
But ultimately, I would go with the broomstick. Less accident-prone (no Splinching, no mistaken destination, no jostling for space with others, no searching for a house-elf that isn't already indentured to someone) and someone once said, "Getting there is half of the fun". That rings true for the broomstick - the wizarding version of a road trip.
So, the broomstick it is : )

Day 51: Favorite Wizarding Treat?
I'll go with those that I have sampled - manufactured by Muggles, of course. Of all the treats mentioned in the books, I've sampled the following:
Pumpkin juice (Universal Studios)
Butterbeer (Universal Studios/homemade version)
Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans (Jelly Belly)
Chocolate Frogs (BN version and official version from Universal Studios)
Pumpkin Pasties (homemade version)
But butterbeer takes the cake. My homemade version actually tastes quite close to that of the version served at the parks. But what I wouldn't do for a trip to Hogsmeade to visit (and raid) Honeydukes as well as a tankard of hot butterbeer at Three Broomsticks...
